The Journey

A structured, supported path from inquiry through integration

What Is Psilocybin-Assisted Natural Medicine Facilitation?

Psilocybin is a naturally occurring compound found in certain mushroom species. At Inner Circle, I facilitate sessions using natural, regulated psilocybin in a controlled setting with professional clinical oversight. This work is conducted under Colorado's Natural Medicine Act and operates through licensed healing centers.

This is not a cure, and it is not a replacement for mental health treatment or medical care. It is a natural medicine facilitation process — an opportunity to explore your inner landscape in a supported, safe setting. Some people experience profound shifts; others gain quieter, subtler clarity. Every person's experience is different, and I don't promise specific outcomes. What I do promise is that you will be held with genuine care and clinical attention throughout.

What makes this work possible is the combination of three elements: a safe, regulated setting; professional facilitation informed by clinical training and genuine presence; and your own intention and readiness to explore what emerges.

The Five Steps

1

Free Introduction

Initial Consultation

We begin with a conversation. This is your opportunity to ask questions, share what has drawn you to this work, and learn more about what it entails. I'll listen to where you are and what you're looking for, and we'll discuss together whether this path feels like a good fit.

  • Share what brought you here and any questions you have
  • Explore your health history and current life context
  • Assess mutual fit for the work
  • No pressure, no obligation

Screening

Before moving forward, we complete a thorough health and mental health screening to ensure this work is safe and appropriate for you. This includes reviewing your medical history, current medications, and any conditions that may affect your experience. The screening protects you and ensures we only proceed when it's genuinely right.

2

Preparation

Two Sessions (~90 minutes each)

This phase builds the foundation for your experience. We'll work together to deepen our relationship, clarify your intentions, and ensure you feel fully informed and ready.

  • Build rapport and trust
  • Discuss intentions and hopes — held lightly, as inquiry rather than expectation
  • Review comprehensive health history, medications, and any contraindications
  • Complete all necessary preparation paperwork, including informed consent, safety planning, and transportation arrangements
  • Explore what to expect: the arc of the experience, common themes, how to prepare mentally and physically
  • Set and setting guidance: sleep, diet, timing, mindset, and environmental preparation
3

Administration

Full Day

The session takes place at a licensed healing center — a warm, quiet space designed for comfort and safety. Think soft blankets, a comfortable surface to lie on, natural light, and a room that feels like a sanctuary rather than a clinic. The environment matters as much as the medicine.

The Setting

  • We begin with grounding and a gentle revisiting of your intentions — held lightly, as inquiry
  • Psilocybin is administered in a natural form provided through the licensed facility
  • You'll lie comfortably with eyeshades and headphones, listening to a carefully curated music playlist that moves through the arc of the experience — quieter during onset, deeper and more expansive through the peak, then gradually softening as the experience resolves. The music serves as an anchor and a companion

My Presence

I am there for the entire duration. I sit nearby — calm, attentive, and fully present. I monitor your physical and emotional wellbeing continuously. Sometimes that means offering water, adjusting a blanket, or simply breathing steadily beside you. Other times it means holding space in silence, trusting the process that is unfolding. If challenging moments arise, I'm trained to support you with grounding techniques, breathwork, and the steadiness that comes from years of sitting with people during life's most intense passages.

Supportive Touch

During the experience, a grounding touch — a hand on your shoulder, holding your hand — can sometimes be the most reassuring thing in the world. But touch is never assumed. We discuss boundaries in detail during preparation and complete a written touch agreement. You decide what feels right, and you can change your mind at any point during the session. Some people welcome it; others prefer space. Both are completely honored.

Taking the Time You Need

Sessions last between 5 and 8 hours — you will remain at the healing center for a minimum of 5 hours after taking the medicine, and longer if the experience calls for it. There is no pressure to wrap up. You stay until you feel grounded and ready, and when you are, your pre-arranged support person will take you home.

4

Integration

One or More Sessions

What happens after the experience is as important as the session itself. Not all insights arrive during the session — some of the most meaningful realizations surface quietly in the days and weeks that follow. You may notice shifts in how you see things, emotions that want attention, or a new sense of clarity that takes time to settle.

Integration is the process of making meaning of what you encountered and translating it into how you live.

  • Process the experience together in a safe, reflective space — there's no rush to "figure it out"
  • Explore themes that emerged and what they might mean for you
  • Translate insights into concrete ways of being and acting in your daily life
  • Receive practical guidance for navigating the days and weeks ahead
  • Referrals for ongoing support — therapy, spiritual direction, or other resources — if helpful
5

Follow-Up

Ongoing Support

The work continues beyond formal sessions. I remain available for check-ins on your wellbeing and to support you as you navigate what the experience has opened.

  • Check-in contact at key milestones (1 week, 1 month, 3 months)
  • Ongoing available support as needed — I'm here if something comes up
  • Connection to resources for continued healing and growth

Please note: The engagement package includes your preparation, administration, and initial integration sessions. If you'd like additional formal follow-up or integration sessions beyond what's included, those are available at an additional cost.

Complete Engagement Package

This includes all sessions from your first preparation session through final integration, professional facilitation, access to the licensed healing center, and follow-up support.

Sliding scale may be available. If cost is a barrier to accessing this work, reach out to discuss options. I believe this path should be accessible to those genuinely called to it.

Who Is This For?

More than any particular diagnosis or life circumstance, this work is for people who are ready to look inward. You might be navigating grief, illness, a life transition, or a feeling of disconnection that's hard to put into words. What matters most is your willingness — a genuine openness to whatever might emerge.

People who tend to be drawn to this path share a few things:

  • A sense that something needs to shift — even if you can't fully name what it is
  • Curiosity about your inner life — a willingness to explore what's underneath the surface
  • Openness to a new kind of experience — you may have tried other approaches and feel ready for something different
  • The ability to trust the process — even when it's uncomfortable or unfamiliar

You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. That's what our initial conversation is for.

Important Screening

This work is not appropriate for everyone. Certain medical conditions, medications, mental health histories, and life circumstances can make psilocybin-assisted sessions inadvisable or unsafe. A thorough consultation and health screening is part of every engagement — it protects you and ensures we move forward only when it's genuinely right.
